At The Hen Planner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for the big celebration. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products including the original packing slip and clearly mark the Return Authorization code on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
